Returns: We do not accept returns - however, if your product is proven to be faulty, we will exchange it for the same item free of charge. You will need to contact us for a return authorization number and then send us your original bells within 7 business days of receiving them. Please note: we will not replace your bells should your dog chew on them or damage them in any other way. To obtain an exchange authorization number, please contact us at: sales@dogtrainingbells.com. We will then issue a number and provide you with our address.

Privacy Policy: TinkleBellz does not and will not ever collect or share any of your personal information. Period!

Payment: All of our orders are processed via PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account to purchase our products. You're able to use your own credit card including: MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover. If you do not use credit cards, we will accept a money order.
